Our Philosophy

Defined as ‘Ice Cream Philosophers‘, over the years we have created a new emotional experience: a union between the techniques studied and refined as an adult and the childhood emotions that ice cream can offer.

With the daily creation of different flavours and the use of seasonal raw materials, we give life to a revolution for the palate, unique at every tasting.

Less is more

The quality behind our process

Our recipes are born by subtraction, eliminating all that is too much to have a homemade gelato based on quality, such as additives or superfluous sugars. The ice cream maker is vertical, more delicate than the horizontal one, to increase less air, offering a substantial and compact ice cream.

Not only the ice cream, but also the shop is based on our principle of simplicity. The interior is small and minimal, and there is only one protagonist on the scene: our ice cream, served in compostable cups and waffle cones, even gluten-free.

OMG I stayed in this neighbourhood for 2 weeks and I only found this ice-cream shop the day before I left. I'm heart... broken, this is definitely the best ice-cream I've ever had. Generally has a queue to enter which speaks volumes. Try some of the more unusual flavours - you wont regret it

The most delicious ice cream in Rome for me so far! They have plenty of flavours ( some of them are quite unusual but... very yummy in the same time ) with a good price!This one is orzo + bluberries. Moderate sweet and tastes natural.read more

Almond sorbet? Right? Not that I have ever heard of it and nor did (probably) you but, man, that was good. They don’t... seem to use a lot of cream and sugar and allow flavour of ingredients to play the forte ❤️read more

What to say... I felt adventurous and tried 2 weird flavours, guacamole and gorgonzola ice cream, and I highly... recommend no one ever try those. I don't regret it because I like to try weird food, but the guacamole wasn't good and the gorgonzola was downright disgusting.I'm going back tomorrow, though, to try the prickly pear which caught my eye and another flavour (less adventurous than the two mentioned above). If they're inventive enough to make guacamole and gorgonzola ice cream, I'm sure they can make the hell out of other flavours.read more
